09 - 1/2 cup granola
10 - 2 tablespoons chopped pecans or walnuts, optional

11 - Sprinkle of cinnamon
12 - Pumpkin seeds (pepitas), optional
# How-To Steps:
01 - Combine pumpkin purée with maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, ground ginger, and salt in a small bowl until fully blended.
02 - Whisk plain Greek yogurt with honey or additional maple syrup if a sweeter profile is desired.
03 - Divide half of the pumpkin mixture evenly into the bottoms of two small jars or glasses.
04 - Spoon approximately 1/4 cup of the yogurt mixture atop the pumpkin layer in each jar.
05 - Sprinkle granola and chopped nuts over the yogurt layer in each serving.
06 - Add remaining pumpkin purée and yogurt layers, finishing with a final dollop of yogurt and a granola sprinkle.
07 - Top with a pinch of cinnamon and pumpkin seeds if desired. Serve immediately to retain crunch or refrigerate up to two hours.
