# How-To Steps:
01 - In a large mixing bowl, thoroughly blend shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, Buffalo wing sauce, cheddar cheese, blue cheese if desired, green onions, celery, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until creamy and cohesive.
02 - Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Evenly spread 1/4 of the filling mixture over the surface, leaving a 1/2-inch border at the edge.
03 - Tightly roll up the tortilla from one end to the other. Repeat this process for each tortilla, dividing the filling evenly.
04 - Wrap each rolled tortilla snugly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
