# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • They crisp up in your air fryer while you're still deciding if you want ketchup or hot sauce on the side.
  • The garlic butter soaks into the bread before the cheese even melts, so every bite tastes intentional, not rushed.
  • You can load them however you want, and nobody judges your pizza philosophy in your own kitchen.
02 -
  • Thick-cut bread is not optional; it's the whole point, and thin bread will turn into a disappointing cardboard situation.
  • If your cheese isn't bubbling at 8 minutes, give it another minute or two, but don't go past 10 or your bread will taste like it spent time in a toaster.
03 -
  • Don't skip the parmesan; that sharp edge transforms these from good to the thing people remember.
  • If you're feeding more than four people, assemble them all and cook in batches rather than trying to cram them into one basket where they steam each other.
